Developing New Talent

How Procura is investing in developing new recruitment talent

As a growing recruitment business with high values and standards we only want to employ the best talent we can find, whether that’s experienced recruiters with a high level of intelligence, integrity and knowledge, or someone who is brand new to recruitment but can demonstrate the drive, aptitude  and desire to work in a professional recruitment business.

Developing our own talent is one of Procura’s business values, we believe firmly in providing them with in depth market knowledge and solid training to ensure they are well equipped to represent our brand to the market. When a new recruit joins our business as a trainee, they spend their first 4 weeks working through our Graduate Academy, this ensures that we are instilling Procura’s values and level of service and also providing them with the best knowledge to be able to perform their jobs:-

Graduate Academy overview:-

Week 1
Classroom training based around Procura, focusing on our Market Sector and how we develop business relationships to a high standard within our core industry sector.

Week 2
Classroom based training based on how we identify the best InDemand Talent within our Industry vertical and how to develop business relationships to ensure we are providing a high level of service for candidates when they are looking for new opportunities.

Week 3
Supported Self Learning, we give new trainees the opportunity to investigate their niche market and understand the key drivers & strategies that effects business need whilst gaining valuable market knowledge.

Week 4
Classroom Training to develop skills in developing key client relationships to enable new recruits to provide the right level of service to their key client base within their niche market.

Once our new recruits have graduated from our Academy, we then provide constant on-going training, coaching and support to our new recruits and also more experienced members of our team ensuring that the level of service we offer to both our candidates and clients is consistently of a high level .


As our new group of new recruits are now in their 5th week of employment with ourselves and are doing fantastically well, we are starting the search again for 4 new trainees to get started in our Graduate Academy.
