As a recruitment consultant your role is all about building excellent relationships with clients and candidates to generate business. The role requires intelligence as the people you will be working with are Senior Professionals within the Financial Services Industry, you will also have the ability to exceed expectations, you will be working in a mainly phone based environment and as such you must be able to demonstrate the ability to confidentially display strong communication skills.

Salary £17,000 - £19,000 base salary (OTE £40k)
